Assalamualaikum and Hello 🙂

It’s already been a year since my last update, and here I am again to continue sharing my little stories. Before anything else now I’m in my third year of degree and only have one more year left before finishing my studies. Oh my God! I can’t wait, but at the same time, I feel nervous to face the real world. Right now, I’m also busy applying for internship placements. So far, I haven’t received any confirmation from any organization yet, but I really hope some good news is on the way. 🤲

Okay, now back to the main reason for this post I’m finally getting my braces on! Alhamdulillah, after a few years of wanting to do it, I’ll finally get them at the end of 2019.

It all started one night when my mother suddenly WhatsApp-ed me:

"Fifi tak nak buat braces ke?"

I was surprised because she had never asked me that before. So I replied:

"Why, Ma? Didn’t I tell you I would only get braces after finishing my studies? Why suddenly you ask?"

Then she said:

"No, if you want, I can give you money for you to proceed."

Of course, my reaction was:

"Are you serious, Ma? If you say that, of course I want!"

So, the very next day I made an appointment at a private clinic and had a consultation with the doctor. The doctor told me that before getting braces, I would need to extract four teeth. Not one okay, but four! 😅 But I said yes. Before the extraction, I also need to do fillings for five teeth. After that, the extractions will be done two by two.

Right now, I’m still in the process of getting the fillings done, and soon I’ll proceed with the extractions. Once everything is ready and I finally get my braces on, I’ll definitely update you guys again. So stay tuned! 😁
