🍽️ My Simple Diet Journey 💧

Assalamualaikum and Hello :)

Today, I want to share a little bit about my diet. Alhamdulillah, my BMI is in the normal range not overweight, not underweight. I’m grateful that I can still control my meals. Honestly, I do enjoy oily food and iced drinks, but I try to be careful.

Iced drinks can really affect your diet. They’re actually harmful, especially for women. Nowadays, bubble tea is so popular, but it’s filled with sugar and calories. Too much of it can lead to serious health problems like diabetes and kidney disease.

I once experienced my weight going up to 57kg. For me, that already felt overweight. If I’m not mistaken, it was during Raya Puasa this year. But Alhamdulillah, I managed to lose weight and return to 49kg within just one month. My diet was simple only one meal per day, drinking plenty of plain water, no iced drinks, and no sweet or carbohydrate-based drinks. Another important tip: don’t eat after 7pm.

My mom always reminds me: “A woman is not beautiful if she’s too thin. Being too thin is not okay, but being too overweight is also not okay.” Balance is the key.

I’m also thankful that UiTM has a swimming pool. Sometimes, I go swimming. It’s a great exercise because the water pressure really works on the body and helps with weight loss.

On top of that, my hostel room is on a higher level. So every day, I get extra exercise by climbing the stairs and trust me, it’s really effective!

So girls, don’t be lazy when it comes to taking care of yourself. Love yourself and stay healthy.
